LDS Missionary Bikes

Some LDS Missionaries are required to ride bikes. I never rode one. Wish I could have. These are the only rules that I know of pertaining to LDS missionaries and Bicycles:

1). Wear a Helmet: Top Rated Bike Helmets Here
2). Don’t Ride at Night;
3). Don’t ride in heavy traffic;
4). Don’t ride like an idiot (not an official rule);
5). Don’t hold onto a car/truck while you ride (not an official rule, but could be);
6). Leave your fat companion in the dust (official rule)

I’m not even sure if you are supposed to buy a bicycle before you go and have it shipped or wait until you get into the mission field. You’ll need to check with your Mission.
